    1. For UAJHS Grade 10 completers, please see the Guidance Office for the results of your test.
    2. All those who passed the admission test are advised to pay the reservation fee of P1,000 which is non-refundable but deductible from the school fees due. Applicants who failed to meet the deadline specified below may lose their slot:
      • April 3, 2017 for those who passed the exams before April 3, 2017
      • April 6, 2017 for those who passed the exams on March 31 and April 3

  • The University of the Assumption Senior High School (UASHS) is envisioned to form students to become academically competent, morally upright and socially responsible individuals who are equipped with 21 st century skills.

    UASHS strengthens the knowledge and expertise of the students to prepare them for higher education in the four (4) strands under the Academic Track.

    • General Academic Strand (GAS) prepares the student to any program in college.
    • Humanities, Education and Social Science(HuMSS) Strand introduces the students to basic subjects in humanities, education and social sciences.
    • Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) Strand prepares the students to courses in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics.
    • Accountancy, Business and Management (ABM) Strand prepares the students to business courses in college.
    • For Incoming Grade 11

      FOR INCOMING GRADE 11

      QUALIFICATION OF APPLICANTS

      • The applicant must be in Grade 10 at the time of application from any DepEd accredited public and private schools.
      • The applicant must have an average grade of 80 in Grade 9 with no failing grades and have good deportment records.
      • Applicants for STEM Strand must have an average of 85 and Stanine 5 in the entrance exam.

      ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

      1. For Grade 10 students of UAJHS
        • Duly accomplished application form
        • National Career Assessment Examination Result (photocopy)
        • Two (2) pieces of recent 2 x 2 close up photo.
      2. For Grade10 students from non-UAJHS (public and private)
        • All the above plus the following
        • Recommendation Form signed by the principal or guidance counselor of the junior high school of the applicant which may be secured from the UA Guidance and Admissions Office or click here to download
        • Grade 9 Report Card (photocopy)

      ADMISSION PROCEDURES

      1. Secure an Application Form from the UA Guidance and Admissions Office or the UAJHS Guidance Office or click here to download.
      2. Submit the duly accomplished Application Form, together with the requirements mentioned above to the UA Guidance and Admissions Office.
      3. FOR NON-UAJHS STUDENTS ONLY:
        • Secure schedule for UASHS Entrance Test
        • Take the UASHS Entrance Test as scheduled
        • Wait for the results of the test and your Permit to Enrol Applicants from UAJHS are exempted from taking the entrance exams.
      4. Applicants who passed the entrance exam and those from UAJHS must pay the reservation fee as scheduled.
      5. Keep your Permit to Enrol and Official Receipt for the reservation fee.
      6. Proceed to Enrollment

      ENROLMENT REQUIREMENTS

      General Requirements

      • Certificate of Junior High School (JHS) Completion (photocopy)
      • Grade 10 Report Card with Learner Reference Number (Form 138)
      • Certificate of Good Moral Character issued by the JHS Principal or Guidance Counselor
      • NSO certified birth certificate (photocopy)
      • Permit to Enrol / Official Receipt of Reservation Fee

      Other specific requirements:

      • For Grade 10 completers from PHS: Original copy of Form 137
      • For ESC Grantees: ESC Certification Letter
      • For PEAC qualified voucher applicants: Qualified Voucher Recipient (QVR) Certificate
      • For ASF Grantees: Letter of Confirmation of Acceptance from the DSA
      • For Academic Scholars: Certificate of Academic Excellence specifying the honor received

      All deficiencies in the documentary requirements for application must be completed during enrollment.

  • ACADEMIC SCHOLARSHIPS

    In recognition of the outstanding academic performance of students in their junior high school, UASHS is giving the following scholarships:

    • WITH HIGHEST HONORS: 100% discount on tuition, miscellaneous and other fees
    • WITH HIGH HONORS: 75% discount on tuition, miscellaneous and other fees

    Scholars who are entitled to the DepEd voucher will receive an allowance at the end of the school year equivalent to the difference between the value of the voucher and the balance due after deducting the discount:

    ARCHDIOCESE OF SAN FERNANDO (ASF) GRANTS

    The ASF GRANT is available for financially challenged students. It provides 50% or 100% discount on the top up.

    Example:

    Total Fees for STEM 31,377.00

    Less: DepEd voucher 17,500.00

    Amount Due 13,877.00

    ASF Grant: 100% 13,877.00

    ASF Grant: 50% 6,938.50

    ASF Grantees who are not entitled to the DepEd voucher will have to pay the amount corresponding to the voucher.
