To put into action their production expertise, University of the Assumption AB Communication students conducted the “Upcycle 2016” at the TV Studio, October 11.

The variety show featuring singing, dancing and modeling segments was one of the foremost projects of second year students under the program.

As it was themed “The Final Takeoff”, the show’s concept was a connecting airplane flight taking the audience to Philippines, Korea, Paris, and New York as each sequence was presented.

Director of the Upcycle 2016 Kaydee Infante explained that “the production is a good training ground to acquire experience for future media practice.”

The annual activity is held to develop student-skills in managing a live, simultaneous stage production that is vital in the field of communication and arts.
